in procurement, managing complex or global categories (chemicals or CPG preferred)
Proven track record in
strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management
Strong
digital and AI acumen
, with experience applying analytics and tools to improve decision-making
Solid
financial and commercial mindset
(cost modeling, commodity understanding, budgeting)
Ability to
lead cross-functional initiatives
in a matrix organization and influence without authority
Excellent
communication and executive presence
Agile, results-driven, and comfortable operating in
fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree in business, administration, finance, related field or equivalent experience
