We are seeking a bilingual professional to serve as the key liaison between our client global headquarters and its strategic customer in Mexico within the commercial vehicle industry.

This position is not focused on sales generation. Instead, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring commercial operations, coordinating communication between stakeholders, tracking purchase orders and deliveries, preparing business reports, and ensuring smooth execution of transactions from order placement through final payment.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, customer relationship management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between integral headquarters and the customer in Mexico.

Monitor the progress of purchase orders from order placement through delivery and final payment.

Coordinate communication among suppliers, headquarters, and the customer to ensure timely execution of commercial operations.

Track customer payments and provide regular status updates to headquarters.

Prepare periodic reports, forecasts, budgets, and business updates for management.

Monitor market trends, industry developments, and relevant business opportunities in Mexico.

Support invoice generation and administrative activities related to commercial transactions.

Review customer credit limits and follow up on outstanding payment matters when required.

Maintain regular contact with customer executives,



including finance and operational stakeholders.

Participate in weekly meetings with international teams and provide operational updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).

Experience coordinating business operations, customer accounts, commercial processes, or international transactions.

Ability to prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and business summaries.

Basic understanding of financial statements and commercial documentation.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at different organizational levels.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Compensation & Benefits:

Gross monthly salary $40,000 mxn
