We need a D365 Supply Chain & Operations Trainer to deliver structured training for warehouse, procurement, planning, and logistics functions.
The consultant will work closely with operations teams to drive hands‐on system adoption.Scope of Modules:Warehouse ManagementInventory ManagementProcurement & SourcingMaster PlanningProduct Information Management (PIM)Transportation ManagementHandheld / Mobile WMS flowsDocentric (document templates)Key Responsibilities:Deliver bilingual (Spanish/English) training across SCM & WMS areas.Run Day‐in‐the‐Life simulations for warehouse and procurement users.Develop job aids, SOPs, and floor‐level training materials.Validate operational workflows with functional leads.Experience Required:5–10 years D365 SCM/Warehouse/Production experience.Strong knowledge of handheld scanner flows (WMS mobile).
Experience delivering functional training to operations teams.Ability to map real-world warehouse processes to D365.
