new JD:Responsibilities:Develop and establish long-term partnerships in the Mexico market across both traffic and funding sides — with top local apps, traffic platforms, and funding partners (banks, licensed financial institutions, funds, loan facilitation platforms, etc.)Traffic side: Expand and manage diversified traffic channels, including affiliate, loan aggregators, SMS marketing and telemarketing channels, focusing on high-quality user acquisition partnershipsFunding side: Source and expand local and cross-border funding partner resources, drive lending capital partnerships, including funder screening, onboarding/due diligence, and cooperation model design (e.g., loan facilitation, joint lending, capital procurement, etc.)Independently take full charge of business negotiation, cooperation terms, pricing, contract signing and project launch (whether traffic campaigns or funding partnership deals)Monitor channel and funding partnership data, including traffic volume, conversion rate, CPA, ROI, cost of capital, lending volume, delinquency/NPL rate and other key indicators,



and continuously optimize partnership performanceTrack market trends, regulatory developments, competitor strategies and new traffic/funding opportunities in Mexico's fintech industryRequirements:Strong understanding of Mexico's internet ecosystem, traffic market, and the local financial/lending regulatory environment5+ years of experience in traffic acquisition, funding BD, business development, partnerships, or growth roles, preferably in fintech (especially lending/credit business)Existing resources or strong ability to reach top local apps, traffic platforms, or local funding partners (banks/licensed institutions/funds) in MexicoFamiliar with performance-based traffic cooperation models such as CPI, CPL, etc., as well as funding cooperation models such as loan facilitation, joint lending, and capital procurementStrong negotiation, communication and execution skills; self-driven, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple partnership workstreams simultaneouslyFluent in Spanish and English; Mandarin is a plus
