If you design pretty things that don't sell, this won't be fun for you.The RoleWe're looking for an E-commerce DTC UX/UI Brand Designer who can own projects end-to-end (from strategy to execution) and make smart, conversion-aware design decisions.

We also expect you to bring a point of view on how AI tools can speed up and improve the way design work gets done, this isn't a "nice to have," it's part of how we operate. What You'll Actually DoOwn UX and UI design from concept to launch across multiple DTC eCommerce brandsDesign online stores and pages that are clear, easy to use, and drive salesCreate wireframes, scalable UI systems, and high-fidelity mockups in FigmaTurn brand ideas into consistent, easy-to-follow visual design systemsPresent work confidently and collaborate closely with PM, lead designer, and developers through handoff, QA, and launchSpot usability issues, improve the experience, and follow proven conversion best practicesBalance fresh, innovative UI design with CRO best practicesDevelop and maintain brand identity guidelines across all touchpointsIdentify and lead AI-driven initiatives that speed up design production or improve quality (e.g., AI-assisted ideation, image/asset generation, Figma AI plugins, QA/accessibility checks, research synthesis)Continuously look for ways to improve our design process — tools, systems,
