Metrics, Reporting & Risk Management Own EHS metrics tracking and reporting, including EMR, TRIR, DART, and safety-related delivery metrics.
Prepare regular performance reports for regional leadership. Translate EHS data into clear business, cost, and risk insights for executive audiences. Identify trends and recommend actions to improve EHS performance.
Standards, Audits & Training Develop EHS methodologies, audit schedules, and incident-reporting protocols. Design and deliver onboarding, contractor safety, and toolbox talk training. Schedule and conduct internal EHS audits. Prepare project sites for customer and client safety audits. Promote consistent EHS standards across Mexico and LATAM projects.
Contractor, Customer & Site Management Evaluate and monitor the EHS compliance of contractors and subcontractors. Serve as the EHS point of contact for customers and client EHS teams during project execution. Partner with project, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Support a strong culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For 6–8 years of experience in EHS leadership within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, material handling, automation, or distribution center environments. Proven experience managing EHS across multiple sites or countries. Strong knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations, including STPS requirements and NOM standards. Experience supporting construction, installation, commissioning, or project execution environments. Experience leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, audits, emergency planning, and contractor safety programs. Strong understanding of EHS metrics, including EMR, TRIR, and DART. Ability to build and present EHS reports and risk recommendations to executive stakeholders. Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take full ownership of EHS standards, protocols, and performance. Willingness to travel across Mexico and Latin America as required.
