What You'll Be Doing

- Own the end-to-end management of vendor master data across SAP and MDG systems, ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-quality data throughout the vendor lifecycle.
- Support general procurement and business teams by handling service requests, system incidents, and data-related inquiries, helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
- Drive data quality and governance through validation, cleansing, enrichment, and continuous monitoring of vendor master data integrity.
- Monitor and support automation solutions within the vendor master area, resolving issues and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Danfoss, providing guidance, supporting training activities, and contributing to projects that enhance systems, data management practices, and ways of working.

What We're Looking For





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, finance, master data management, or a similar business support role.
- Knowledge of SAP, SAP MDG, ERP systems, and vendor master data management; experience in these areas is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills with professional written and spoken English, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- An analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and experience with process optimization or automation considered an advantage.
