About our client:
A well-established company specializing in community and property management services. They work with residential communities such as homeowner associations, condominiums, and planned developments, providing operational support, financial management, and administrative services.
This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

As a Customer Service/Admin Support, you will be responsible for helping with administrative coordination, homeowner communication, and back-office support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls (medium volume) and manage emails/messages.
- Create and track work orders, including coordinating with vendors.
- Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and internal team members
- Help customers understand processes such as violations, appeals, and general requests.
- Support property managers with general administrative and back-office tasks.
- Set up customer accounts for online payments.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mexico City Time (throughout the year)

Minimum requirements
