The Role We’re looking for a social-native editor who turns ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert. You’ll move fast, test constantly, and level up your craft through real-time data insights. What You’ll Do Edit high-performing short-form ads for Tik Tok, Meta, and You Tube Shorts ⭐ Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback ⚖️ Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality Who You Are 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred)
