and other month-end close journal entries- Conduct weekly reconciliations to support internal reporting needs- Collaborate cross-functionally with AP and Treasury teams on refunds, checks, and related items- Proactively identify process improvements and automation opportunities within existing workflows and workbooksRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- 3-5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on journal entries and reconciliations- Strong US GAAP knowledge- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — comfortable working with large datasets- Experience supporting month-end and year-end close processes- Strong English communication skills (C1 level minimum)- Self-starter with process improvement mindsetNice to Have
