We are seeking a highly collaborative and results-driven Agile Project Manager to support the evolution of existing product offers by managing medium-complexity change initiatives across cross-functional teams. In this role, you will lead one or more Boards of Change (BOC), coordinating product adaptations and enhancements while partnering closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other key stakeholders. You will play a critical role in prioritizing initiatives, enabling execution, removing obstacles, and ensuring alignment between business strategy and delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong project management, agile facilitation, and stakeholder management skills who thrives in a matrix environment and enjoys driving change across global teams. What will you do? Manage 1-2 Boards of Change (BOCs) focused on the evolution and enhancement of existing product offers. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium-complexity product adaptation projects. Partner with Product Owners to align priorities, business objectives, and execution plans. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and key squad events while promoting Agile ways of working. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Integral Supply Chain stakeholders. Enable effective prioritization of opportunities, resources, timelines, and deliverables. Identify, escalate, and help resolve project risks, dependencies, and obstacles. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance squad efficiency, productivity, and value creation. Support Offer Lifecycle Management activities through coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. Track project progress, communicate status updates, and provide visibility to leadership teams. Influence decision-making and build alignment across a matrix organization without direct authority. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. What will make you successful? Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive alignment toward common objectives. Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills. Proven capability to manage projects through structured plans, timelines, and execution governance. Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize competing business needs.



Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations. A collaborative mindset with a passion for coaching teams and enabling continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively remove barriers and accelerate delivery. Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, product development, or supply chain environments is highly valued. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, Product Development, Program Management, Scrum Master, or related roles. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) or willingness to obtain certification. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Knowledge of Agile-at-Scale frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum at Scale, or Nexus is a plus. Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. Strong facilitation and change management capabilities. Proven ability to build relationships and lead initiatives in a matrix environment. Experience collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, or Supply Chain teams is preferred.
