Automatic Lubrication Systems Specialist Purpose
The Automatic Lubrication Systems Specialist is responsible for driving profitable sales growth across assigned territories by promoting and supporting the full portfolio of industrial lubrication solutions, including automatic lubrication systems, reliability products, contamination control equipment, filtration systems, and related services. The position develops strategic relationships with end users, OEMs, distributors, and channel partners while providing technical sales expertise to identify customer challenges and deliver value-added solutions that improve equipment reliability, productivity, and asset performance. The role is accountable for achieving sales targets, developing territory growth strategies, expanding market share, and serving as the primary customer contact for all commercial and technical engagements.
As a Automatic Lubrication Systems Specialist you will
• Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives across all assigned product lines.
• Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies for end users, OEMs, distributors, strategic accounts, and channel partners.
• Serve as the primary commercial and technical contact for customers throughout the sales cycle, including opportunity identification, application assessment, proposal development, negotiation, implementation, and post-sale support.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer equipment, lubrication practices, reliability challenges, and operational objectives to recommend integrated lubrication and reliability solutions.
• Promote and sell the complete portfolio of lubrication systems, contamination control products, filtration equipment, reliability services, and related solutions.
• Establish, support, and grow distributor and channel partner networks through regular business reviews, training, joint sales activities, and strategic planning.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments through direct prospecting, networking, industry events, and collaboration with internal business units.
• Provide technical support, product application guidance, and training to customers, distributors, OEM partners, and internal teams.
• Develop annual sales plans, account strategies, territory forecasts, and pipeline management activities using CRM tools.
• Partner with engineering, product management, customer service,
operations, and technical support teams to help achieve effective customer solutions and timely issue resolution.
• Contribute to the collection and analysis of market trends, competitive activity, customer requirements, and emerging technologies to support business growth initiatives and market intelligence efforts.
• Participate in the development and implementation of commercial agreements, pricing strategies, distributor contracts, and strategic partnerships in alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate opportunity, forecasting, account, and activity records within CRM systems, ensuring data quality and timely updates.
• Participate in and help coordinate industry trade shows, customer events, technical seminars, and training programs that enhance market presence and support business development activities.
Minimum qualification
Engineer degree
7+ years as Commercial Engineer
5+ years of knowledge in Sutomatic Lubrication Systems
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
