Quality Manager to join a global automotive company with strong presence in Mexico. This role will be based in Querétaro and will focus on plastic injection processes .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Quality Department , managing a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of the IATF 16949 Quality Management System .
- Oversee internal and external audits , ensuring compliance with customer and certification requirements.
- Manage APQP, PPAP, and new product launches , securing flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main customer interface for quality topics, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities and protecting company performance.
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to quality, scrap, and customer complaints.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in automotive plastics quality management .
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and coach teams.
- Solid knowledge of Core Tools, APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 .
- Experience managing OEM and Tier 1 customers.
- Fluent communication in English for integral interaction.
