Valeo is seeking a Site HR Support to coordinate training needs, support employees and managers on MyLearning, and consolidate information for audits (IATF, V5000). The role includes scheduling production training, coordinating campaigns, and providing employee relations and payroll support, in line with site HR governance.
You will drive administration, data quality, and deployment of IP actions, while contributing to well-being and quality-of-life initiatives across the site.
