We are looking for a Networking and IoT Engineer to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico.In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to provide technical expertise, resolve complex networking challenges, and support the integration of Teltonika Networks products into customer solutions.Teltonika's networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems.Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.Teltonika provides an opportunity for technically driven specialists to deepen their expertise, work with advanced networking technologies, and grow their career in a fast-expanding general IoT organization.In this role, you will:Attend pre-sales and post-sales in-person or remote communication with local market customersSelf-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, other sourcesAct as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D;/HQ and customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challengesWork with Linux-based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols, and occasional 3rd-party peripheralsConduct training sessions for employees and clients on our products and solutionsWhat we expect of you:Good communication skills, etiquette, ability and desire to help othersKnowledge of Computer Networking, basics of telecommunication systems,
