Brindar servicio en tiempo y forma al cliente interno /externo en actividades de inspección, sorteos y re-empaques, cubriendo los requerimientos del cliente interno y externo, coordinando las actividades del área de sorteos y retrabajos.
Realizar inventarios cíclicos, control de almacenes pertenecientes al área, administrando el movimiento e identificación de los materiales que se dispongan para almacenes de calidad, producción o finales.
Actividades clave de la posición: * Administración del personal a cargo para que cuente con los recursos necesarios para realizar las actividades de inspección y sorteos necesarias.
- Administración de las compañías externas (Tercerías) a fin de verificar el cumplimiento del contrato y los lineamientos de seguridad de TKP.
- Seguimiento a la solicitud de sorteos a fin de verificar la actividad de inspección/retrabajo con el personal de Thyssenkrupp y/o tercería.
- Conocimiento de software SAP (inventarios, división e impresión de etiquetas, entradas y salidas de los diferentes almacenes).
- Conocimientos del sistema de gestión de calidad para verificar el cumplimento de este en el área (instrucciones de trabajo disponibles, verificación de desviación en caso de retrabajo de material aprobada, material identificado con complaint, etc),
- Reporte de costos de sorteos y/o retrabajos, reporte de horas, reporte de hallazgos a las diferentes áreas de manera semanal y/o mensual.

Estudios: Carrera técnica o licenciatura
Experiencia: 2 años en posición similar
Idioma: Inglés intermedio
Conocimientos:
- Manejo de personal sindicalizado
- Resolución de conflictos
- Deseable uso de montacargas
Programas:
- SAP
- Office (Excel, power point).
