We offer 2 different Finance Track options, each with their own exposure to our customer-focused business model as well as immersing you in the fundamentals of Hilti Finance, alongside strategic project assignments.Finance Track for this opportunity:3-6 months in an Accounting & Shared Services rotation in our Latam Headquarters in Panama6-9 months in a Controlling & Reporting rotation in Latam Headquarters in Panama3 months in a Credit & Collection rotation in your home country/region3 months in a Finance project in your home country/region6 months in a defined project in another countryWhat You'll BringYou are a recent master's graduate (or will soon complete your master's)You have at least three months, but no more than 3 years, of working experience; you will have just started your career and want an opportunity where you can perform well and progressYou have an affiliation with Latam region either through birth, education or work experienceYou are fluent in English and at least in either Spanish or PortugueseYou're globally mobile.
