We are looking for an experienced bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring initiatives across Mexico and the United States, primarily for manufacturing and industrial operations. This is a 12-month assignment with the possibility of becoming a permanent position based on performance and business needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leads the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, leadership, and management-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Recruit primarily for positions in Mexico, with occasional openings in U.S.
- Source qualified candidates through platforms such as Indeed, OCC, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
- Present employment offers and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment activities and candidate information using SAP SuccessFactors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience,
from requisition opening through offer presentation and hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing and industrial positions.
- Advanced conversational English with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as Indeed, OCC, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

- Competitive salary range of MXN $40,000–$45,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
