We're looking for aWorkforce Operations Managerto own the people and output management side of a data labeling operation at a fast-moving AI company.
You will manage teams of 5 to 10 workers per project, keep their work output on track, and handle the handoff of finished labeled outputs to the engineering team.
This is a non-technical, pure operations role — you will not be building anything.The adecuado background for this role is not a traditional project management resume.
We are looking for someone with community management or people management experience — someone who has run a Slack community, managed a distributed workforce, or kept a group of remote knowledge workers aligned and producing without micromanaging.
