Senior Accountant – NetSuite, GAAP, Month-End Close & Financial ReportingFull-Time | Remote | U.S. Business HoursAbout the RoleAt Pavago, one of our clients is hiring aSenior Accountantto own core accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.This is a hands-on accounting role for someone who understandsGAAP, accrual accounting, NetSuite, and full-cycle accountingand can maintain accurate, audit-ready financials while improving processes as the business grows.You'll work closely with finance leadership, FP&A;, operations, and junior accounting team members.What You'll OwnMonth-End Close & General LedgerLead monthly and quarterly close activitiesPrepare and post journal entries foraccruals, prepaids, payroll, depreciation, and intercompany transactionsMaintain trial balances, close checklists, and supporting schedulesTarget month-end close completion within5–7 business daysReconciliations & Accounting OperationsReconcile cash, AR, AP, deferred revenue, inventory, and fixed assetsInvestigate discrepancies and resolve accounting issuesMaintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial recordsEnsure appropriate accounting treatment underU.S.

operations, sales, and leadershipRequirements4–5+ years of progressive accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldStrong knowledge ofU.S.
