BYD Mexicois looking for aDealer Network Performance Managerto play a strategic role in strengthening the financial performance, profitability, and sustainable growth of our dealer network.This position will be responsible for transforming financial and operational data into actionable business strategies, while leading the implementation and governance of theSnap-on Business Management platformand managing theFloor Plan Financing program.The adecuado candidate combines strong financial analysis capabilities with strategic thinking, business acumen, and experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of theSnap-on Business Management platform.Manage the relationship with Snap-on as a strategic business partner, ensuring system enhancements meet BYD's business requirements.Analyze dealerP&L; statements, balance sheets, financial indicators, and profitability performance.Identify financial risks, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve dealer profitability.Develop and implement financial strategies and action plans to strengthen dealer performance.Own and manage theFloor Plan Financing program, ensuring proper execution and compliance across the dealer network.Monitor the financial health of dealers and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.Develop financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support business decision-making.Partner withSales, Finance, Aftersales, Network Development,



and Headquarterson cross-functional initiatives.Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations that support sustainable network growth.Monitor key business and financial KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of professional experienceas coordinator in financial analysis, consulting, business management, FP&A;, or a related field.Strong experience working inBig Four Consulting (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG), Financial Audit & Consulting, Automotive OEM or Dealer Network Financial Performance is a must.Proven experience in:Financial Statement AnalysisP&L; Analysis and ManagementProfitability AnalysisBusiness StrategyExperience withPower BI or Business Intelligence toolsAdvanced English proficiency is a must"At BYD Mexico, we promote equal employment opportunities and respect for diversity.
