We're looking for a Sr.
GTM Engineer to build the foundation of our go-to-market engine from the ground up — the systems, data infrastructure, and automations that power lead generation.
This is a green-field, builder role: you'll design and stand up the enrichment, sourcing, scoring, and routing systems that turn our total addressable market into a healthy, qualified pipeline, and you'll own lead generation as a discipline end to end.
You'll work closely with Sales to make sure the foundation you build directly translates into pipeline.
This role is for someone who's energized by building from scratch, comfortable owning a problem with real ambiguity, and excited to use AI tools to move faster than a team this size normally could.What you'll be doingBuild the foundation: stand up the core GTM systems and data infrastructure — CRM architecture,



enrichment tooling, and the integrations that connect them — from the ground upOwn enterprise lead generation end to end: define and build the sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing logic that turns raw market data into qualified, sales-ready leadsDesign and automate outbound and inbound lead flows so Sales always has a full, well-qualified pipeline without manual list-building or hand-offsPartner with Sales and leadership to define what a qualified lead looks like, then build the systems that enforce it at scaleUse AI tools (including Claude) to prototype and ship lead-gen automations — enrichment, scoring, personalized outbound — quickly and iterativelyContinuously test and improve lead generation systems — instrument what's working, kill what isn't, and iterate as the market and team evolveWe'll be excited if you have3+ years of experience in a GTM engineering or demand generation role, ideally having built enterprise lead generation systems from scratchHands-on experience with a modern GTM stack — Salesforce, enrichment tools, sales engagement platforms, and automation toolsWorking proficiency in SQL and comfort with at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript) for building custom workflows and integrationsA track record of building or significantly improving lead generation systems — sourcing, enrichment, scoring, or routing — that measurably grew qualified pipelineGenuinely tech-savvy, with comfort picking up new tools fast — including AI tools like Claude — to work smarter and stay aheadStrong analytical instincts; you're comfortable digging into messy data to find the root cause of a pipeline or data-quality problemExcellent written and verbal communication skills — able to translate technical systems into plain language for non-technical stakeholdersSense of ownership and a builder's mindset; comfortable creating structure from zero and operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, resource-lean environmentAdaptable and collaborative, with the ability to shift gears quickly as priorities, tools, and processes evolve
