We're looking for anExecutive Assistantto support the founder of a fast-moving digital health startup across outreach, marketing, content, and day-to-day operations.
You will be the person who keeps things moving — reaching out to doctors, hospitals, and influencers, supporting marketing initiatives, producing basic design and video assets, and helping prepare fundraising materials.This is not a traditional EA role.
You will be doing real creative and outreach work alongside the operational support.
The adecuado background is someone who has worked at a venture-backed startup, is comfortable in Canva or Figma, writes well, and is exceptionally responsive.
