This role is responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top technical and non-technical talent, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.RESPONSABILITIES:Strategic Recruitment PlanningDevelop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.Forecast hiring needs for technical and functional roles in collaboration with department heads.Full-Cycle Recruitment ManagementOversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to attract talent.Team LeadershipManage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous development.Set KPIs and monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).




Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.Advise on compensation benchmarking and offer negotiation.Compliance & Best PracticesEnsure adherence to Mexican labor laws and general company policiesMaintain diversity and inclusion standards in hiring practices.Employer BrandingRepresent the company at career fairs, tech events, and on social media to strengthen employer brand.Technology & Process OptimizationLeverage ATS and recruitment tools to streamline processes.Stay updated on recruitment trends and innovative sourcing techniques.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Advanced EnglishExperience:Experience in Recruitment and Selection ProcessesExperience in IT hiringExperience managing a Recruitment teamStrong understanding of Mexican Labor Laws and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with ATS platforms and Recruitment analytics
