Process Engineer | Plant Start-Up | Querétaro Join our company from the very beginning!
We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with a strong manufacturing background who is ready to take on the challenge of actively participating in the start-up and stabilization of a new operation .
This role offers the opportunity to be directly involved in the installation, definition, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities Actively participate in plant start-up activities and new product launches .
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.Prepare and follow up on APQP, PPAP, and SPC documentation .
Define process parameters and ensure their proper implementation in production.Participate in the installation, start-up, and validation of machinery and equipment.Use AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks for design, layouts,



and process improvements.Provide hands-on technical support on the production floor for troubleshooting and process stabilization.Support activities related to PLC control and troubleshooting .
Coordinate and follow up with personnel involved in assigned operations and projects.Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and efficiency.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing companies, preferably within the automotive industry.Proven experience in plant start-ups and/or new product launches .
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and SPC .
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks .
Experience with plastic injection molding and/or metalworking processes .
Knowledge of PLC control systems .
Previous team management experience .
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency .
Valid passport is required .
Valid U.S. visa is preferred.Work Schedule Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
