fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with team members through effective communication and empathetic leadershipSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:You will be part of the Amazon Logistics Team, responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery station, overseeing operations that focus on delivering Amazon orders directly to customersLead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers in daily management of the delivery station, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, and communicating with DSPs, including management representatives and their driversEnsure a safe workplace, properly trained personnel, and address team needs so they can focus on their jobsCoordinate operations both within the facility and for on-route activitiesCreate an inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and heardAdditional responsibilities:Lead change at internet speed, as innovation has made us the global company we are todayRoute shipments within the AMZL coverage areaSupport and assign job duties to process assistantsAdapt to sudden changes and growth according to operational necessitiesTrack & monitor sorting operation and driver dispatchStand and/or walk an average of 5 miles dailyBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Completed Bachelor Degree- Work a adaptable schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- English Fluency (C1+)- 3+ years of general experience- 3+ years as People ManagerPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experienceJob details- MEX, GUA, Guadalajara- Fulfillment Center Management- Fulfillment & Operations Management
