- Capable of independently creating training programs, allocating tasks, and managing training projects efficiently.
- Support training needs of different departments and offer professional consultation and assistance.
- Drive the development and optimization of training-related procedures to enhance structure and practicality.
- Advanced/Technical English- Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Management, Education or related fields preferred.
