This role plays a key part within the United States financial services (NMAC), focusing on supporting financial results through automation, process improvement, and control.It provides strategic support for decision-making related to administrative expenses by collaborating with internal clients, presenting ideas clearly and concretely, and demonstrating a deep understanding of the business.Additionally, this position involves interaction with other regions and company functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Deliver timely and accurate financial information - Actuals, Forecasts, Business Plans.
- Act as a business partner with the operations departments and other entities & regions to ensure alignment on financial goals, strategies, and deadlines.
- Accounting acumen - Accrual & reclassifications posting and management; account/cost center-level reviews; P&L;/Balance Sheet knowledge.
- Financial acumen - Bridges, variation, trends, and analysis generation & presentation; active participation in Budget and Forecast processes.
- Ensure that the company DOA is being followed - Purchase Requisition Approvals.
- Intercompany processes knowledge.
- CAPEX processes knowledge.
- Enforce Internal Control and best practices - Help as a point of reference for other parties on the best courses of action.
- Process Improvement - Analyze the current processes in place and identify how as a team we can improve and become more efficient.

**Qualifications****Education/Certifications**:- Must have a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Desired master's degree in finance or accounting.
**Languages**:- Advanced English proficiency.
**Previous Work Experience**:- At least 5 years of relevant financial experience.
**Computer Skills**:- Proficiency in SAP.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
**Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:- Strong knowledge of SAP (Accruals, reports).
- Automation-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency.
- Ability to challenge the status quo.

- In-depth understanding of financial accounting processes and financial statements.
