Company Overview:We are a fast-growing solar installation company serving residential and commercial clients across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Delaware.We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Assistant to join our Licensing, Permits, and Inspections Department.This is an entry-level, on-site position, adecuado for someone looking to develop their administrative and communication skills while gaining hands-on experience in the solar energy industry.Position Summary:The Permits Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the administrative side of our permitting process.This position requires someone who is comfortable managing paperwork, tracking deadlines, and interacting with municipal offices and internal teams on a daily basis.Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of permit submissions, approvals,
and inspections in digital logs- Coordinate and schedule inspections with township officials and our installation teams- Communicate effectively with internal departments (design, engineering, operations) to collect required documentation- Manage administrative tasks such as document management, file organization, and permit database updates- Represent the company professionally in all external communications with local government agenciesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree, or currently pursuing- Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail and time management- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Professional demeanor when speaking with public officials and coworkers- Ability to work on-site, Monday through Friday- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must- Interest in renewable energy, permitting, meaning of law or construction is a bonusTipo de puesto: Medio tiempoSueldo: $8,****** al mesHoras previstas: 25 por semanaBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
