**Key Responsibilities**:- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities- Diligently maintain active engagement through CRM to stay current on leads and follow ups to increase customer interest in the product- Craft a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience and unique customer service;- Partner with Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your sales and interpersonal skills- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries and help the company to execute its wellness needs- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the product- Cold call target prospects to demonstrate product features and benefits- Conduct "pre-call" investigative work to increase the ability to understand the customer's current state, competition, etc.- Achieve quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business;- Continuously source new business prospects through outbound and other activities- Collect market intelligence and competitive information.
