**Job responsibilities and functions**- Conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand utilizing various interview techniques (Competency & Behavioral based interviews).
- Preform English level assessments utilizing the Common European Framework for the Reference of Languages.
- Compliance with the operative hiring requirements and overall objectives of the area.
- Follow-up with the internal transfer of operative personnel.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions.

**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree (Desirable)- Intermediate English level- Specialized knowledge: Related Human Resources experience- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office- Experience: 1+ years experience in the Talent Acquisition activities.
