**Company Description**MSP Growth Agents LLC is Recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that supports businesses with IT optimization, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.We're seeking a motivated **Inside Sales Representative/Appointoment Setter (ISR)** to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule conversations for senior leadership.This is a great opportunity to develop sales skills in the high-demand tech industry.
**What You'll Do**:- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the MSP's leadership- Use CRM tools (e.g., Close.io) to track outreach and results- Collaborate with sales coaches in weekly 1:1 and group huddles- Hit daily/weekly KPIs for dials, conversations, and meetings booked**Qualifications**- Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills- Experience in Account Management (**Preferred**)- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Previous experience in the VoIP or I.T.
