Accurately identify customer requirements and deliver consistent results; ensures that escalated partner/customer issues are solved with a sense of urgency5) Takes initiative, willing to make unpopular decisions if it's in the best interest of the organization6) Successful records of working in high matrix, complex organizations in a collaborative manner, build and sustain effective working partnerships to meet ongoing business demands.EDUCATION1) Bachelor's degree in industrial chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Polymer Engineering.2) Master's degree in Material Science, Chemistry or Polymer Engineering a must.3) PhD in Material Science or Polymer Engineering will substitute for 5 and above years of experience in characterization of polymer & polymer blends characterization additives, fillers, pigments, etc. including thermal, mechanical, physical, optical characterization, etc.4) English fluency required, oral and written communication > 80%.
