**Business Unit Manager**:**Location**: Escobedo, Actual León, MexicoAt CORE Molding Technologies, we are looking for a Business Unit Manager responsible for leading production programs, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement through strong leadership and teamwork.
**Main Responsibilities**- Ensure production goals are achieved on time and with the required quality- Manage human and material resources effectively- Lead daily production walks, review compliance, and implement catch-up plans- Guarantee cost control and profitability of the business unit- Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and ensure KPI compliance (productivity, scrap, attainment, inventory, etc.)- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and support the implementation of company policies and goals- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and ISO ****:**** / ISO *****:**** requirements- Supervise, motivate,
