**Location**: Escobedo, Reciente León, Mexico**Industry**: Manufacturing / Plastic Injection**Main Functions**- Understand customer needs and expectations, developing and implementing process controls to ensure compliance- Lead and promote a culture focused on Quality throughout the organization- Establish strong quality process links with customers in line with the Integrated Management System (ISO ****:**** and ISO *****:****)- Support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)- Ensure the quality of plastic parts in injection molding processes- Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to maximize efficiency and profitability- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within all areas of responsibility, fostering a "Quality at the Source" mindset and problem-solving methodologies**Key Responsibilities**- Implement best practices in quality strategies, policies, processes, and procedures- Ensure compliance with ISO ****:****, ISO *****:****, and preferably IATF *****- Supervise internal and external audits related to plastic injection processes- Respond to customer complaints through containment actions,
root cause analysis, error-proofing (poka-yoke), and corrective/preventive actions- Manage the Quality team and monitor supplier performance in coordination with the Purchasing department- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all areas of responsibility- Provide training to staff on quality systems, processes, and procedures**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance within plastic injection molding companies- Strong background in implementation and auditing of ISO ****:****, ISO *****:****, and preferably IATF *****- Advanced English proficiency**Skills & Competencies**- Team leadership and people management- Talent development- Problem solving using effective quality tools- Deep knowledge of international quality standards- Strong decision-making ability- Organizational and interpersonal skills**Recruiters**We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party agencies.
