**What will you do?
****Key Responsibilities**:Process Audits:- Conduct regular process audits to identify deviations from standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Corrective Actions:- Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.Customer Complaints Investigation:- Investigate customer complaints and claims to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.Problem Solving and 8D:- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions.Quality Metrics and Reporting:- Track and analyze quality metrics, including customer claims, reworks, and scrap.
- Provide regular reports to management on quality performance and initiatives.Collaboration and Communication:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers,



and internal stakeholders.What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
- Experience with process audits, corrective actions, and problem-solving methodologies (8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO ****, etc.) is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:- Experience with Chillers Products or similar industries (HVAC, refrigeration, etc.).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Certification in quality engineering (CQE, etc.) or Six Sigma is a plus.
