- **2-3 years of professional experience** in data engineering, analysis, or consulting- **Intermediate SQL** (joins, CTEs, window functions)- **ETL** processes and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)- **Cloud knowledge** (Azure, AWS, or GCP)- **Agile/Scrum**familiarity- **Python** (Pandas or similar)- Advanced** English (C1-C2)****Soft Skills**: Analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, fast learning, teamwork, and results orientation.
