**Location**: Merida**Reports to**: Controller**Language Requirement**: Bilingual (English-Spanish)We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **_Financial Analyst_** to support the acquisition and asset management of large-scale real estate development deals.You will be responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and supporting transactions from start to close.This position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of real estate investments.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in real estate development, private equity, or investment.
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel), including ability to build complex loan and waterfall structures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting deadlines.
- Confidence in presenting to senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Intuitive understanding of real estate asset dynamics and performance drivers.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Support the companys acquisition and investment process, including underwriting, due diligence, and financial and social return analysis.
- Perform financial modeling, budget reviews, tracking,
and reporting for existing assets and new acquisitions.
- Collaborate with partners, lenders, tenants, and investment stakeholders on financing, entitlements, construction, and asset management.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reporting for banks, investors, and internal leadership.
- Assist in design, development, leasing, and property management analysis to maximize asset performance.
- Maintain and develop investor relations by supporting existing relationships and fostering new ones.
- Participate in annual budgets, revenue projections, and property-level financial planning.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, adapting to the firms evolving projects and portfolio.
- Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
