Canadian Metalworking Company is seeking in Atizapan de ZaragozaManager IT**Educational Background**- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
- Certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) are a plus.
**2.Professional Experience**- Minimum 5-7 years in IT roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is essential.
- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cross-functional teams.
**3.Technical Competence**- Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor a plus).
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with MES, industrial automation, and IoT technologies.
- Experience with data analytics tools and database management.
**4.Leadership and Management Skills**- Ability to lead and develop IT teams.
- Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and service contracts.
- Strong project management skills (Agile, Waterfall).




- Ability to align IT strategy with business goals.
**5.Communication and Interpersonal Skills**- Clear and effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills with operations, logistics, and finance teams.
- Ability to present complex IT concepts in a business-friendly manner.
**6.Cultural and regulatory Awareness**- Understanding of Mexican labor laws and data protection regulations.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments is a plus.
**7.Problem Solving and Innovation**- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
