Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage end-to-end operations across Molding, Wiring, and Assembly departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
- Ensure strict compliance with all EHS standards, promoting a strong safety culture throughout the plant.
- Oversee daily production execution, equipment performance, staffing levels, and process adherence to meet customer demand and delivery targets.
- Coordinate and align production, engineering, and maintenance teams to support operational goals and optimize processes.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Materials Planning, HR, Finance) to support new product introductions, process validation, and production ramp-up.
- Monitor performance metrics (OEE, FPY, scrap, labor efficiency) and lead problem-solving activities to drive operational excellence.
**General Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management,



or related field.Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing:- Manufacturing production operations- Engineering and maintenance functions- Lean manufacturing programs- Proven ability to lead complex, high-volume operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of plastic injection molding, wiring harness assembly, mechanical assembly, and automation.
- Strong working knowledge of quality systems (ISO/IATF) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
