Executive Opportunity | Neurosciences Business Unit Director | Mexico City

A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking an accomplished Neurosciences Business Unit Director to lead the strategic direction, commercial performance, and growth of its Neuroscience portfolio in Mexico.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior commercial executive with a proven track record of sustainable business growth, new product launches, P&L; management, and high-performing team leadership in competitive pharmaceutical markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the strategic vision and commercial roadmap for the Neuroscience business.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive commercial excellence and sustainable growth.
- Drive the planning, execution, and commercialization of new product launches.
- Own the P&L; and deliver financial, commercial, and operational objectives.
- Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, innovation, and collaboration.




- Partner with regional and general stakeholders to align priorities and maximize business impact.
- Leverage market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

- Mandatory experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Extensive commercial leadership experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proven success leading new product launches.
- Experience in Neuroscience, CNS, or Specialty Care strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated P&L; and cross-functional leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican pharmaceutical market.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
