We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources activities in the Monterrey, Mexico facility. This facility is a critical site within the Commercial Ice (Manitowoc Ice) Category of Commercial Water Solutions. This role will be responsible for maintaining strong employee and labor relations, and partnering with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives. This role will also be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices that support organizational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnership

- Champion a positive, high-performance culture which aligns with Pentair’s values and supports employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with the site leader and operations team to identify, develop, and implement innovative HR solutions that enhance business performance within a manufacturing environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead change management initiatives that promote trust, transparency, and employee involvement during organizational growth and transformation.

Leadership Development

- Lead talent review and succession planning processes using a consultative approach to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
- Coach leaders to foster an engaging work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.




- Collaborate with leaders to create and successfully execute Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and other talent development initiatives.
- Equip managers with the tools, training, and resources necessary to optimize team and organizational performance.

Talent Acquisition

- Foster internal talent development and participate in key promotion and succession decisions and programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional recruiters and external talent sources to support timely and effective hiring.

Employee and Labor Relations

- Manage personnel administration, employee turnover, and absenteeism initiatives.
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies that promote positive employee relations and workforce engagement.
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership throughout union negotiations, leveraging HR metrics, workforce analytics, and labor insights to develop effective bargaining strategies and achieve favorable collective agreement outcomes.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues through objective, thorough, and effective investigations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Communicate, interpret, and consistently apply company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
- Ensure compliance with all Human Resources processes and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of cultural and business practices in the United States and Mexico.
- Extensive experience in employee relations, labor relations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decision-making and establish effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects, drive change initiatives, and deliver measurable business results.
- Experience managing and analyzing HR KPIs and workforce metrics.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience working in a matrixed organizational environment.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and organizational development.
