Location: On-site | Perú, Argentina, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico y Colombia

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Are you an experienced Intake Specialist, Legal Assistant, Case Coordinator, or Client Intake Professional looking to grow your career in the U.S. legal industry?

We are seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping guide them through the intake process while providing an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do

✅ Conduct client intake calls and qualify new cases

✅ Gather and organize client information and legal documentation

✅ Maintain accurate records and case notes

✅ Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text

✅ Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff

✅ Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction

What We're Looking For

✔ Advanced English (B2+/C1+) and Spanish

✔ 1-3 years of experience in Intake, Customer Service, Legal Support, or related roles





✔ Experience working with a U.S.-based law firm is highly preferred

✔ Personal Injury experience is a plus, but not required

✔ Strong communication and organizational skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Availability to work fully on-site
