Field Bridge, LLC — a U.S.-based staffing firm with offices in the U.S. and Mexico — is hiring an HR Onboarding Specialist for our Guadalajara team. Hyrbrid schedule - 3 days onsite in Colonia Americana, 2 days WTF.

You'll be the go-to person guiding new hires through onboarding — from documentation and system access to background screening and compliance — working closely with Operations, Payroll, and Recruiting to set every new team member up for success from day one.

What you'll be doing

- Managing end-to-end onboarding, from offer through first day
- Sending offer packages via Adobe Sign and monitoring them to completion
- Ordering and expediting background and drug screening packages
- Setting up new hires in Paychex, including I-9 and E-Verify
- Filing completed documents and maintaining accurate employee records
- Communicating onboarding progress to management, clients, and hiring managers
- Weekly timesheet monitoring, follow-up, and troubleshooting access/timekeeping issues




- Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

- 5-7+ years in HR, onboarding, or workforce administration
- Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems preferred
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Fluent English, written and verbal

Location & Schedule

- Guadalajara, Jalisco (Colonia Americana) — Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days work-from-home

Compensation & Benefits

- Starting at $31,000/mo. base + performance-based bonuses
- Above-the-law benefits, including private medical insurance and an enhanced aguinaldo of 30 days' pay — double the legal minimum
- Bonuses average ~ 25%+ of base salary, bringing total monthly compensation to ~$38,750 — and that's just starting out
