Location: On-site | Perú, Argentina, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico y Colombia

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Are you an experienced Intake Specialist, Legal Assistant, Case Coordinator, or Client Intake Professional looking to grow your career in the U.S. legal industry?

We are seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping guide them through the intake process while providing an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do

Conduct client intake calls and qualify new cases

Gather and organize client information and legal documentation

Maintain accurate records and case notes

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text

Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff

Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction

What We're Looking For

Advanced English (B2+/C1+) and Spanish

1-3 years of experience in Intake, Customer Service, Legal Support, or related roles





Experience working with a U.S.-based law firm is highly preferred

Personal Injury experience is a plus, but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work fully on-site
