Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering. 8 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Position Purpose
Lead a Multidisciplinary & Senior design team to support processes and smoothen engineering challenges. Provide technical support to designers through engineering change/release process and oversee Master schedule in Advance to meet Aircraft engineering milestones. Support and coordinate engineering specific initiatives intended to measure and/or improve quality, on time deliveries & assigned budget to make sure they are all implemented and standardized. Lead Department improvements and projects. Suggests annual department objectives. High complexity tasks projects. High performance expectation.



Leads team of people and coordinates with external contacts. Mature- Senior employee supervision. Formal teams, mentor training. Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements
Supervision to ensure target. Decision and problem solution with medium to high rick, may affect deparment/section/area objectives. Needs judgement and creativity to make changes. People skills, team work, communication skills, external negotiations. Advanced English level: spoken and written. Frequent participation in presentations and negotiations. Additional Information
