TCS is looking for an
Service Now Developer Sr.
(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 2 day per week)
Skill set required:
Intermediate-Advanced English communication
5+ years of hand-on Service Now development experience in a production enterprise environment - not lab or sandbox-only work
Demonstrated delivery across at least three of: CSM, ITSM/HRSD, SLO Management, Integration Hub, or Service Portal
Production integration experience connecting Service Now to external systems via REST, SOAP, JDBC, or MID Server - with error handling and retry logic, not just happy-path flows
Experience with Workflow Data Fabric or equivalent event-driven integration patterns on the Service Now platform
Working knowledge of Service Now security model: ACLs, roles, user criteria, and data isolation patterns
Fluency in Azure Dev Ops or equivalent SDLC tooling: branching strategy, code review gates, deployment pipelines for Service Now update sets
Main responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced Service Now configurations and customizations across CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and SLO modules, ensuring alignment with platform governance standards and architectural guardrails
Architect and implement integrations using Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workflow Data Fabric to connect Service Now with enterprise systems including Workday, People Soft, and third-party Saa S platforms




Lead technical design reviews and code reviews, enforcing Azure Dev Ops stage gates and SDLC standards across the Service Now development team
Own the technical delivery of Now Assist (Gen AI) feature rollouts including AI-assisted case deflection, knowledge article generation, and agent workspace enhancements
Partner with platform administrators on upgrade readiness, patching cycles, and regression test planning for major Service Now releases
Translate complex business requirements from HRSD, IT Service Desk, and CSM stakeholders into scalable, well-documented technical solutions
Produce and maintain technical design documentation, integration specs, and runbooks to enterprise documentation standards
Mentor mid-level developers and system administrators on platform best practices, performance tuning, and security hardening
