The Production Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement within the assigned area.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet established production schedules, volume, cost, quality, and scrap objectivesMonitor production output and quality and adjust staffing, priorities, equipment, or processes as needed to maintain performanceLead, coach, and motivate production employees to achieve performance and quality expectationsAddress employee and operational issues promptly and effectivelyMaintain accurate records of hours worked, downtime, and production performanceIdentify and implement opportunities to improve production processes, efficiency, and qualityPromote a positive, respectful, and productive work environmentEnsure employees follow company policies, production procedures, and safety requirementsPromote workplace organization, cleanliness, and discipline through 5S and Lean Manufacturing principlesMonitor safe operation of equipment and maintain a strong safety culture within the production areaSupport compliance with IATF *****,
