**What You'll Do**:
Your core responsibilities will include:
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Own the analysis of campaign effectiveness.
You'll track, report, and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities and provide data-driven feedback to leadership.
- **Project Management**: Take full ownership of the digital marketing portfolio from ideation and development to final implementation and execution.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives and help meet performance targets.

- **Bilingual Fluency**: Required - Complete fluency in both Spanish and English for professional communication and content creation in both languages.
**Automation Tools**: Experience with Marketo or other major marketing automation software is highly preferred.
