Based in Ciudad de México, México, you'll design, build, and support custom integrations, tooling, and technical solutions that extend platform capabilities for enterprise customers and agency partners — working at the intersection of engineering, consulting, and customer success.This is a hands-on technical role with real product impact.

and implementation teams to support solution design, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.Develop, maintain, and improve Technical Consulting-owned applications and internal tooling.Improve the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of existing solutions by reducing technical debt and modernizing legacy implementations.Support infrastructure and deployment across Technical Consulting-owned systems including Kubernetes, AWS, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, serving as an escalation point for customer implementations and platform integrations.Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop tactical solutions that accelerate customer adoption and address strategic needs.Contribute to engineering best practices through documentation, testing, code reviews, and operational improvements.to working solutions without losing quality or maintainability.Strong collaboration instincts — you work as effectively with a customer's engineering team as with your own.A continuous improvement mindset: you leave systems more reliable, better documented, and easier to operate than you found them.Comfort operating across both customer-facing and internal engineering contexts in the same role.Must-HavesProven experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.Hands‐on experience designing and building APIs and system integrations.Strong programming skills with the ability to deliver maintainable, production-quality code.Experience with modern cloud infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines,
